Grapefruit Avocado Salmon Crudo
Wild salmon might just be the perfect protein. Full of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, vitamin D and selenium, it’s an obsession worth having. Crudo is also a fresh, clean way to eat fish without the excess salt that can be found in traditional sushi.
1/2 pound sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cubed
1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
Red radish, sliced
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
Cracked black pepper to taste
Layer salmon, avocado, grapefruit, and radish on a serving dish. Whisk together avocado oil, grapefruit juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle on crudo and dig in.
