In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, we’re kicking off the weekend early with a slimmed-down version of the classic cocktail.
Today’s tonic comes from our friend Gaby Dalkin, of What’s Gaby Cooking. Known for her California cuisine (aka avocado everything), this girl knows how to make a mean margarita. This particular blend calls for fresh citrus, in lieu of a traditional mix, which makes for a lighter libation we’re obsessed with.
