Spooky makeup calls for a stepped up skincare regimen. Trick, treat, then use our tips.
DON’T WAIT
Tired after a night (or two) out? We get it. But sleeping with your makeup on is never a good call. Take just a few minutes to remove right before bed and you’ll be glad you did.
WIPE
Take a first stab at the removal process with a facial wipe. Pay extra attention to the eye area, which can be the hardest part to wash off, especially if heavy liner and lashes were involved.
WASH
After you’ve tackled some of the tougher spots, use an overall gel or powder cleanser and warm water to rinse your entire face. Make sure you don’t miss along your hairline, below your chin and other areas that might get overlooked.
SPOT CHECK
Do a quick once-over. If your liner is still lingering, use a cotton swab and some magic balm to swipe away any last traces of the night.
MOISTURIZE
By this point, your face has been through a lot. Show your skin some love by applying a light moisturizer and giving it a quick mist to calm and soothe.
You’re done! Now get some beauty sleep 😉
