Know that drugstore shade of neon orange lipstick your grandma used to rock 24-7, year-round? It’s baaaccccckkkk and reinvented for spring. Now it’s sexier (a given), even bolder (it’s possible), and versatile enough for all skin types (seriously). Try the DIY below.

Even if you’re not quite feeling the warmer temps of spring, it’s not too early to break out the trends. Channel the heat by experimenting with the luscious coral lip trend using shades you likely already have combined with a little ingenuity. Dial up the pop of color or play it down, however you do you.
Check out the steps:
Exfoliate lips with a toothbrush or cotton swab then moisturize with Magic Balm to condition and nourish them.
Using the Concealer Duo, apply the shade closest to your skin tone so it blends naturally. Mixing and matching the two may help you find your hue. This creates a neutral base that allows the coral colors to really pop. Dab the lighter of the two concealer shades onto the center of your top and bottom lips to create a fuller look by highlighting.
Lightly brush Luminizing Powder in Midnight Reflection over and around your lips with a blush brush to mattify the concealer. The powder absorbs some of the oils and adds a tantalizing shimmer. Let it rest for a minute to avoid mixing and muting the next color.
Apply a second layer of Luminizing Powder in Dawn Reflection with a lip brush. The more color the better — remember, we’re going bold! (P.S. You’ll love the peachy color for beach season to add a glow to collarbones.)
Color lips using Truly Kissable Lip Crayon in Sheer Coral Kiss starting at the center of lips and moving outward for an even application. Press lips together and quickly pull them apart creating a “popping” noise (you know what we all do when applying lipstick!) This distributes shade and seals color into other layers.
Lightly dab Lip Gloss in Kind Kiss on the center of your top and bottom lip to further add definition. This highlighting trick makes lips look plumper and more irresistible!
