We’re all supposed to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but I never can tackle that much. So, one of my goals this year is to log more ounces. Sipping it alone can be kind of boring, so I’ve come up with 8 delicious ways to infuse it with a little flavor and sweetness to make staying hydrated way more interesting.
All you have to do is place as much fresh fruit and/or herbs as you’d like into water, let it sit for 30 minutes and enjoy!
Here are some of my favorite combinations:
- Cucumber and pomegranate
- Strawberry, basil and lemon
- Blueberries and orange
- Grapefruit and rosemary
- Pear and ginger
- Blackberry and sage
- Pineapple, orange and mint
- Raspberry, mango and lime
